Iglu is looking for a QA Analyst, to help our client build an online travel platform and be part of a high-energy team, a technology-driven to develop innovative products.


Main responsibilities:

    • Work across a variety of rapidly evolving internal & external front-end web applications, databases & background processes.  
    • Will be part of our Agile process, working closely with the Development team in Bangkok, alongside the Product Owner in Amsterdam.
    • Work alongside the Product Owner to define and verify the Acceptance Criteria of our Backlog items.
    • Create and maintain automated tests in Postman and Selenium, or the appropriate tools.
    • Review existing and new business/functional requirements and develop test scenarios and testing plans.
    • Participate in the UAT process as required to ensure issues are properly identified, tracked, recorded, reported, and resolved in a timely manner
    • Track system performance over time and automated alerting.
    • Document systems and information flow at a high level, provide a reference knowledge base, and be the ‘go-to’ person for system knowledge.
    • Provide regular communication to stakeholders and project team on tasks status
    • Pro-actively research and determine industry best practices in software testing
    • Support the team where possible, this is very much a hands-on role.
    • Help organize, document, and provide system training to internal users.


Requirements & qualifications:

    • At least 5 years of experience in QA / Business Analysis.
    • You live in Bangkok or are able to travel there on a frequent basis for team meetups.
    • Be confident and able to establish and maintain a working relationship with developers, product owners, technology directors, business management, and application users
    • Bachelor/Master degree in IT, CompSci, Software Engineering, or related field.
    • Experience with testing automation tools.
    • C#/Html/CSS/JavaScript familiarity (at the level to help detail or diagnose errors)
    • Good command of English and strong communication skills
    • On-page SEO and web/mobile knowledge
    • SQL Server/Non-relational DBs, at the query level.
