Iglu is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. In your role, you will work on selling Iglu’s services to clients around the world with a focus on the Scandinavian/& Central European markets. Your core tasks include outbound sales prospecting, as well as qualifying our incoming leads and converting them into sales.
We will provide you with the necessary tools needed for success, such as the Pipedrive CRM and a LinkedIn Sales Navigator. The ideal candidate will be able to think outside of the box and come up with their most effective sales methods, especially for outbound sales prospecting.
The position is suitable for a professional with proven credentials in IT service- and/or talent sales. You will be working alongside a Business Development Manager, Account Manager and two Talent Managers and will report directly to the CMO.
We are ideally looking for an applicant based in, or interested in relocating to Vietnam or Thailand. You will have a chance to join a company with an amazing culture and the possibility for hybrid work combining remote work and working from one of our modern offices.
The compensation package includes a base salary and a rewarding commission model.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
- Outbound sales prospecting
- Qualifying and converting incoming leads to sales
- Sales of Iglu services to our new and existing clients
- Onboarding new clients and related talent
- Account management
- At least 3 years of experience in sales (software, IT, talent resourcing or recruitment services)
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- Fluent in English and a native level in either German, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish
- Excellent communication skills
- Fast learner
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Able to network and make new connections
