We’re looking for a skilled and seasoned QA Team Leader to join our dynamic team. The perfect candidate will possess a solid foundation in software testing methodologies and tools, coupled with exceptional communication abilities to collaborate with a globally dispersed team effectively.

 

This role is fully remote (within Thailand) and involves working with an US-based team. Some flexibility is required in terms of working hours to overlap with US office hours.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with development, data, and QA teams to comprehend project requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases, adhering to provided testing scripts and project specifications.
  • Execute test cases manually and/or utilizing automated testing tools.
  • Identify and meticulously document software defects using bug-tracking systems such as JIRA.
  • Work closely with developers to replicate and resolve reported issues.
  • Conduct regression testing to ensure software release stability.
  • Provide regular updates on testing progress and quality metrics to project stakeholders.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives within the QA team.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Senior QA, Senior Software Tester, or Team Leader in an international or remote company setting.
  • Thorough understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with test automation tools is advantageous.
  • Proficient in crafting clear, concise, and comprehensive test documentation.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a distributed team.
  • Flexible working hours, aligning with the Thailand time zone, with the ability to adjust hours to overlap with US schedules as needed.
  • This role is open to Thai citizens only.
