I have effectively used SQL, Jira, Zephyr, Qweb, Ranorex, Appium, and many other tools to identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring comprehensive issue resolution.

My technical expertise includes a strong understanding of a variety of testing tools and frameworks. I have hands-on experience with Appium, Qweb, Katalon, Selenium, Cypress, and Robot Framework, which has equipped me with the skills to handle diverse testing scenarios and enhance test coverage. Additionally, my proficiency with API testing tools like Postman and SoapUI complements my ability to test and improve software interfaces.

I also have significant experience with CI/CD tools such as GIT, Jenkins, AWS, and Docker. This knowledge has been instrumental in integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, optimizing deployment processes, and ensuring smooth, continuous delivery. My background in automation, combined with these tools, has greatly enhanced testing efficiency and coverage, and I have collaborated closely with automation engineers to assist with automating test cases.
