On Friday, September 14, 2018, over 85 of Iglu’s most adventurous employees and their families gathered in Pattaya City at the Avalon Beach Resort to celebrate another hugely successful year living and working in Thailand.
In attendance were digital professionals from over 30 countries, who were treated to a dinner buffet on arrival featuring some of the best grilled seafood around.
The event got rolling with a short presentation from Iglu CEO, Ozzi Jarvinen, which then led into a live Quiz-based competition hosted by PR/Communication Manager, Derek Smith, called: “Are You Smarter than the CEO?”… it turns out, not many people were.
The weekend saw guests in full force, wearing their bright blue Iglu T-shirts, spread across the city to Walking Street, the go-go bars and dance clubs, saunas, seafood restaurants and craft brew pubs, the beaches of Koh Larn, swimming pools, and so much more to let loose and have fun.
We are thrilled and relieved to report, everyone survived.
It was the perfect getaway for Iglu employees to meet, greet and get to know one another, while also solidifying our growing community as a fun-loving family.
